Even My Bones Are Tired

We had a storm last night complete with thunder, lightening and torrential rain. It rolled in pretty late, I want to say maybe 3. The thunder was so loud it woke me right up. After retrieving my heart from the floor where it leaped upon the great thunder clappage, I realized little Scoop was awake. Not just awake but awake and afraid. So instead of going back to sleep I had to soothe my little muffin head to sleep and then got to sleep myself. Of course by then I was engrossed in a Forensic Files or Investigators, whatever it is on Court TV at dark o'clock. TruTv, that's what they are calling themselves now. Since they put on that stupid shows like Southern Fried Sting or whatever the hell it is they had to change their name. Wish they would have stuck to court stuff , that was interesting. But I digress...

Anyway, the short of it is, I am tired. Very tired. So instead of trying to make coherent sentences for you guys, I am going to bed. Where, when I lay my head upon my cozy pillow, I will be instantly awake thinking of all the things I should have done before going to bed, all the things that need doing tomorrow, the next day and the day after that and what will Kate Middleton's dress look like because I am a sucker for a Princess story and think she is just adorable and I sure hope she and William have a better time of it than his parents.

Maybe wine would help. Too bad I don't have any.

I have to say that that Southern Fried Sting (or whatever it is called) is pretty freaking funny.

I'm a sucker for a Princess story too, but I would have said no way to that ring. It's previous owner was cheated on, divorced and killed. Bad omen, that.

Dude. My husband LOVES that Southern Fried Sting show. Not me. I do like Black Gold on that channel and I'll watch the Rehab show if I'm up at o'dark thirty with the tiny human.

I love Kate! She's cute as can be and I am a HUGE sucker for a princess story.

I have wine. And margos. One of us needs to move. And, given a) I can't afford Jersey and b) would be too terrified to drive EVER and you don't do snow, I guess we won't be neighbors anytime soon.

Shit.
