What Can I Say, It's Been Busy

I have so much I want to tell you but not much time right now. I'll give you a brief summary and the three of you who are reading can let me know what you want to hear about.

  • Sis graduated high school with honors and is going to college in the fall.
  • Her first year of college will cost us...nothing!
  • I am still unemployed.
  • The Big Guy is still unemployed.
  • Since January first I have lost fifty pounds.
  • I turn 40 on August 30.
  • On September first I go back to college after being out for twenty years.
  • I want to be an accountant when I grow up.
  • I am selling a fabulous product called The Gourmet Cupboard.
  • I have a web site go check it out. Maybe even buy something!
  • My house is a disaster area.
  • Ebaby finished Kindergarten. My baby is going into first grade. Hold me.
  • Scoop will be seventeen months next week.
  • She is walking, running and climbing.
  • She doesn't talk much- Mama, Dada, Sis, Ebaby (their real names, of course) and her all time favorite- eat! She is her mother's daughter!
  • Ebaby has to see a specialist because she is so nearsighted and astigmatic that her optical nerves stopped developing.
  • Can you say- not covered by the New Jersey kid insurance that we were able to get?
  • The Big Guy and I did not qualify for the health insurance because we make to much money. Because we are really raking it in on unemployment, you know.
  • I'm tired.
  • And cranky.
  • And have clogged sinuses.
I guess that's about it. Not sure if anyone is still around, say hi if you are. I could use the boost!

I can't believe the kids are getting so big, why do they keep doing that to us.
Congrats on having the courage to head back to school and that's awesome that Sis is going for free!

Still hoping for the news that you're both employed. Good luck, we've missed you.

50 pounds!!! WOOOOHOOO - that deserves something. Congrats. I'm so proud of you. (I had that number as a goal too and so far I've lost and gained the same 10 lbs over and over and over again).

Congrats to the graduate - free college for a year is quite impressive!

HI BABY!!!

I hate that you are unemployed still, but a lot of the rest of that stuff is pretty kick-ass.

I'm proud of you for going back to school! You rock!

When you have time I would like information to the following:

Is she going to Princeton? My daughter wants to go to Yale and is quite thrilled that when you are as poor as we are you can go for free, even if you are Canadian.

How did you lose 50lbs? Tell me your secrets!

Is gourmet cupboard like Epicure (Canadian spice company?) My friend sells that and apparently makes $3000 a month. After 2 months of selling it, she and her hubby went to Hawaii.

I would also be willing to see pictures of your disaster area as I am sure it can not possibly be worse than mine.

I think I am going to steal this idea for a post, I haven't written in 2 months almost. Is that ok?
