Quickie

Sorry for leaving you hanging but Scoop has been pretty sick the last couple of days. Ear infection, vomit, more vomit, diarrhea and for something different, vomit.

Did not get job. Actually, I walked out of the "interview". There were 16-20 people sitting in a room with a projector set up. The receptionist handed me a folder and told me to have a seat with the other cattle. I looked through the folder and was not happy with what I saw. This was a job selling life insurance on commission basis to senior citizen. Yeah, senior citizens are their speciality.

I got up, walked over to the receptionist, handed her the folder and said, "I'm sorry, this isn't what I expected. I thought this was a job interview."

The snide little brat says, "Oh so you aren't interested in a job?"

"I'm interested in a job not this bullshit scam." I walked out.

What can I say? Her tone pissed me off.
